Yes, totally walkable. There are some relatively steep inclines/declines but a carry bag or push/pull cart is entirely doable.

Hi Ron, Poppy Ridge does not serve dinner. There is just lunch on weekdays(10:30-2:00) and from 2:00 to 6:30 Sunset menu (appetizers). Brunch is served on weekends from 8:00 to 2:00 and after 2:00 Sunset menu.
