Stockton voted against recreational marijuana even though the state did not. In cities like Modesto and Sacramento all you have to do is be 21 and have an ID. In Stockton you still need a medical marijuana card.
Over 21 Weed is slowly rolling out throughout California. My 215 Rec expired in Dec '17 and I've yet to renew due to extra steps added since Jan 1 '18 but I don't feel excluded. If CAs legal-approach will be anything like NVs (which I've just returned from) acquiring Cannabis with only your ID won't be difficult. Affordable? That's what competition will try to manage. I'm a Sativa guy, how about y'all?

Be specific people. You need a medical card, CALIFORNIA state ID or Drivers License, and cash. I had a Texas id and a cali med card and was denied. After I got my Cali ID I was allowed in.
