Very bad place. Would not recommend anyone to go through these people. We had called on a property that was listed and the lady there told us that we would basically be first in line due them not accepting applications for it yet and was not going to be legit listed for another 2 weeks. Once we submitted our application fees ($150) i called back a few days later to get an update and make sure they had received everything. The lady had said that the property had been rented out and they had went with a different tenant. I had asked how when the property was not supposed to be listed for another week and a half?? She could not explian. We then continued to see a listing for the same address for a a month and a half after that on different websites for rent. We assume that they are leaving the listings up purposely and collecting the application service fees.

Dissatisfied: Last week my niece and I submitted an application also paid a $47 processing fee a piece to one of their properties and end up getting denied. Received an email that wasn't explainable and when I called to see what was the reason our application was denied the lady was very rude and didn't want to tell what the reason was just said we don't qualify for any of their properties. I know my credit is very good and all my accounts are in good standing I checked my credit every week. By us not being qualified they could have gave us our money back. So I would not recommend this agency to anyone 😡😡😡

Horrible, I called ask turn around time due to our home being sold so have to move faster and not much in area. Staff was rude not helpful on my questions. An i was honest an said I seen some reviews and want to check before i apply as I'am time crunched and get response "When we get to your app is when we get to it." Enough said Ill look elsewere. no option for 0 stars
