I would like to know why you couldn't sell toilet paper , last night, that was on a pallet being opened for stocking. It was ok to sell us paper towels, but not TOILET PAPER.
I can't wrap my head around it.

Most likely they wanted to ration their supply. If the store is not wise then those who really need it will not be able to bye supplies when they need them. This is also why some stores are now having special senior only hours.
