Yes, Mike can troubleshoot and diagnose your problem. Sounds to me like a factory amplified system without remote turn-on connected, but take your car to the shop and Mike will hook you up.
I can tell you that when I went in thinking that I was going to have to spend for $500 on a brand new stereo and let them put it in he give me a $20 part and I fixed it myself and now I can hook my cell phone up to my radio easy peasy and it wasn't hard at all he did the right thing by not charging me to do it for me. I think he was really nice and really easy to talk to just ask is all you got to do. Good luck
