I cannot say enough about Mike and this shop. I live in Palm Springs and had a new Alpine Halo 509 installed at a local shop. After, I had a few problems getting all features to work. The local shop said he did not know what to do, since it was a newly released unit and suggested I call Alpine. After hours on hold I gave up. I found Mike's video on YouTube, of him talking about the same unit and knowing everything about it. Now I was considering driving 7 hours to bring it to Mike at Anthony's to get it working correctly. So I gave him a call to set an appointment. He kindly asked me to tell him what problems I was having, and maybe he could help me over the phone. Before going any further I offered him my credit card, to pay for his time spent talking with me , he refused. Now numerous calls later, and always friendly and kind, he has talked me thru fixing my problems. I again offered to pay him for his time and he refused again. IF YOU NEED ANY AUTO ELECTRONICS AND ARE WITHIN REASONABLE DRIVING RANGE OF MIKE AND ANTHONY'S, DO NOT HESITATE TO TAKE THE DRIVE THERE.

They do not. But believe me when I say this, you pay for quality and their work is quality. I'm happy I went here. This is my go-to stereo place from now on.
Yes, Mike can troubleshoot and diagnose your problem. Sounds to me like a factory amplified system without remote turn-on connected, but take your car to the shop and Mike will hook you up.
A joke? You made no sense on the phone as to what you are looking for. I tried to ask what equipment you had and what you didn't have so I could figure out how much it would cost and you hung up.
Only they can give you a price but they are very resonable, and fast, with their quality service.
