Hopefully but not very likely. Our mall management has a hard time getting companies to open here. That is mainly due to our towns income median. We are at $84,000 where as Livermore is $109,000 and Brentwood $96,000. This is why Livermore has so many better shops than us. Corporations look at this before deciding where to open up. Locations with higher income will spend more money. Open retail space has nothing to do with it.
we have alot peopel in tracy that work in the bay area. they have money to shop.
