I went there without the key to my lock on my rims with a blown tire came from America's Tire but the sales guy named George help me out. I was in a situation where I didn't have any money for tires in my budget at that point I bought them around Christmas so I figured the insurance would take care of it but the tires work covered by where it was damaged. George he took care of me and I will never go anywhere else for a new tires again. Tracy America's Tire go see George he's a sales guy he should be promoted for what he did for me. I mean the time I really needed help he was the guy to help me out and I'll buy tires off him as long as he works there. George did a favor for the right guy I repay favors so one day I got you bro

Boughty tires here for my Lexus. Didn't get the full warranty, picked up a screw that left me with a flat, that was not within replacement parameters. GEORGE, THE SALES GUY made it happen for me and I'm leaving here WIth a replacement t tire. Day started out not so good, but George at Tracy americas tire saved my day . I will come see him whenever I need tires for sure. THANK YOU GEORGE.. UR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND . Much respect for yiu) r help today
