Forever 21 is flea market trash, worse than what you find at actual flea markets 🤡

This run-down mall or should I say shopping center does not have the potential shopping experience as if you were to go to Modesto or the San Francisco Premium Outlets thanks to the Bay Area population. West Valley Mall unfortunately is in a bind that others prefer to go elsewhere nowadays. It seems like Manteca is growing a little bit bigger and a lot quicker. Tracy is becoming a rear view mirror City

I hope they would open better stores but the mall is overly price For stores like H & M and forever 21. The mall needs to stop with the shoes stores. Thats probably why it looks like a flea market.

It is Actually a Flea Market only, with half shops closed, stinky toilets, pathetic food court and cheap looking stalls in between the walkways.

There already is a Forever21 at this mall. I don't think their going to be an H&M.
