I had my first and second vaccine at Safeway but it is not showing up on line it needs to be fixed how do I do this.Only the second and booster (CVS)shows up.

Go to vaccinerecod.cdph.ca

Go to my vaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov and fill out the info, they'll send you a link with your vaccine record

I would suggest going to Safeway to update card. I had the same problem at CVS and mine needed to be updated also.

You can also go to the Safeway and if u remember the date have them look it up and update your record.
