in this N Main BK they never have anything I asked for an order of hamburgers and they didn't have fries I ordered an Oreo Shake and they were already washing the machine and it was barely 7 o'clock I also ordered a Hershey Pie and they didn't have bad service either I'll go to another BK

After being a long time customer of this Burger King for decades I will no longer be patronizing this restaurant. My last two visits have been very dissatisfying. Both times (the most recent on April 24 2022) the rest rooms were filthy and had no paper towels or operational electric hand dryers. Both times I informed the staff, again both times I never saw a staff member correct the issues during our dining in time. The restaurant was almost empty and not busy. As for the food, I was again disappointed. The burgers were cold. This second time the burgers buns were flat as if they had been sitting for a long time or had been premade and stacked on top of each other. The lettuce was wilted and pickles were missing from both Woppers even though I had not requested they not be removed from the orders. The only fresh items were the french fries and the soft drinks that I had poured. Prior to these last two visits (within one month) I had always thought this Burger King was the best one in Salinas. My wife would not finish her burger after only two bites. We left and went to eat down the street at different business. Saddly I will no longer be patronizing any Salinas Burger kings in Salinas.
