Actually I've been learning to speak Japanese. No one gave me credit for it.
I'm pretty sure some of them do speak Japanese. I know Sky Sushi, where I frequently go has both Japanese and Anglo workers an the boss often speaks Japanese with his cooks.
I don't think they speak Japanese, but go inside and ask
