Unfortunately, no. Its a city/county park and they dont acknowledge the pass for payment/access. I have an america the beautiful pass that i purchased and tried to use just for that and that was what the gate guard had told me. Theyre, apparently, only for state or national parks..
To walk in no, but if you are parking it cost $6-$8
