I have some cigar cutters that I collected over the years while working at Morton's and when i was traveling-is there a market for them?

The best place to answer your question - and to list them would actually be Ebay. Tobacciana has it's own section there, and there is a very steady market. I have bought numerous collectible pieces that way, and I can't imagine where else you'll find a strong market.
