I've lost my wallet with my ID and fishing license and need do I have to buy new license?and how do get a new if I've lost my ID

The DMV website has a list of what is acceptable. Examples on the list are a birth certificate, social security card and passport. There are other items, see website for it.

Need to go to local California dept of fish and wildlife licensing and pay the applicable fee
