On 5/31 I was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and after testing negative for covid I went to Fountain View to get some help. I was refused to be seen because of the symptoms. So I gather that doctors are scared of patients now? What sense does that make? They offered a telehealth visit- How will you look at my irritated throat over the phone? How will you listen to my lungs over the phone? How would you check my O2 levels over the phone? Blood Pressure? Heart Rate? How can you make any confident diagnosis over the phone? It makes no sense. Thanks Fountain View for letting me down. I won't be going to you guys again for anything. Not even a cut because I bet your Doctors and Medical Assistants are scared of a little blood. Thanks for nothing. The only thing you have done well is stay consistent with terrible reviews. A+ on that.

Walked in at 2pm and they said I needed a phone appointment and we scheduled one for 3:30pm. It’s currently 6hours later and no call from the doctor. We even called back multiple times. Now they’re closed and I’m still sick
