Unfortunately people don't know how to deal with the public. You should report it too the management.
Nope you should call the shift supervisor or lead of the attitude he gave you. He suppose to be courteous and willing to help.
Yes , they should be thankful that they have a job . It is our shopping money that pays their wages , but as well , we also should be respectful and humble . After all they're as human as we are . I worked at Sears and Roebuck in Merced years back . I was always courteous to each and every customer no matter how my day was going . I wanted a good day, so , I took courtesy as my weapon seriously. That's respect . I will say , in this world we are all molded differently so our approach to any and everyone should be that of a gracious one to make our day and everyone else's better . Amen .......... .
With all do respect everyone seems to think the manager is the way to go........ But is that the answer on how to handle everything? Just take a deep breath and inform him on how his attitude is affecting your shopping experience. Because if im nkt mistaken he probably got the manager called on him all day.
Absolutely not Id suggest speaking to the manager or floor supervisor next time
They should always be polite - No matter what.
Tell the manager what happened and no its not
