I usually park on a side street. If I can find a spot and have the time for it.

There's a parking lot in the back off Olympia
Front parking is limited but they have more behind the building. If both are full you probably have a full building too.
I always have gotten lucky.... Well, that and the fact that I am very very very very patient when it comes to snagging a spot
