Yes, go without the kids! I have loved Storyland since I was a kid myself. It makes the perfect date especially if you want to go to the sculpture garden. And what kids will appreciate the old school nursery rhymes like an adult! I went alone quite a few times and hv the pics to prove it!
It's cute no matter how old you are, and I think worth the few dollars.
Without kids, I wouldn't have visited. For taking pictures, maybe...
