Is it normal to order cheesecake with food and have the cheesecake “frozen”when you get it home. We ordered and when we served the cheesecake it was frozen solid!! Very disappointed!!

They don't make them fresh in the back. The only way that they can continue to serve cheesecake is to keep them frozen due to Covid. They can't keep anything more than one day unless it is frozen.

I couldn't imagine that being normal but we usually order the black tie mousse. Always an excellent choice
