Why are the workers hanging the phone up on customers

Because they're stupid.

They don't stock shelves all day. I was at walmart yesterday and saw employees playing around instead of taking care of customers.

Poor customer service extremely poor. In store and worst on online purchases

Every big box stores as they get closer to the city tend to have less customer service at least this is what I have seen with my own eyes and I travel buy bus , train and car all around the United States

If someone answers a phone the polite thing to do is say this is whom ever may I help u.. never have I heard that. But they want that pay check every 2 weeks. Why I'll never know they truly dont work

They rarely answer the phone when you call there!

They are very busy stocking items in the shelves. And dealing with customers.
