Had my PC for a whole MONTH and did not fix it, did not have the necessary equipment to test it, and expected me to provide everything they need it or wait forever. They recommended me to get new extra stuff that I didn't need since everything but the thing I brought it for was working fine.They don't work fridays, nor weekends. Only work from 11-5pm, which results on you having to wait even longer to get substantial updates. The fact that they had the nerve to tell me my PC was a headache and also that I was going to take longer to fix it since they are "technicians" and Im not. Guess what, there was nothing wrong with it after buying the new piece and it took me an EVENING to do it. the least thing they did was only charging me the diagnostic. PT. Take your problem to Sound Computer Services. Jeffrey rocks!

I went to drop off my Xbox for water damage guy told me it would take a week to 4 days I had to keep calling and because it had been 4 weeks still hadn’t heard back I go to pick up my console dude told they couldn’t fix it I come home to open it up and there tweezers in my Xbox horrible place

this place is complete trash, I called to get my pc fixed and when I brought it in I waited weeks to receive it back also they never answer the phone..
