I agree. I'm getting to write my very own review in the next couple of days. My daughter pushed the red button and waited 20 minutes and no on acknowledged her and so she waited another 20 minutes and pushed the button again and no one acknowledged her or took her order. So I have more to add to this.
Connie I don't visit that one often but you aren't the first person I've heard complain about that particular location. I would email the corporate office. I've had luck with other issues getting resolution and better customer service that way...obviously they need more/better training and guidance if it's a frequent occurence!
They are losing money right and left. Due to poor service and closing the restaurant down before 10 and trying to make everyone go through their drive-thru people just drive away there goes your cash Sonic what does not run a business properly terrible management
