Do they cook in front of you?

My last visit, they had taken out the "cook in front of you" and replaced with tables for sitting and ordering. My guess is they didnt make enough money to continue the "cook in front of you " service. 😔

Yes ypu can do the full chef show or have just plan table service

Because of Covid there was a year you could not walk past the front door. You picked up just inside the door for carry out. I am glad they are still open. The food is still great.

What spices do they put on scallops?

Negative. You can see them through a big window though. I mean.. lets be honest.. this is Graham. Its a tiny town with not a ton of money or people for that matter. If you want the full show you'll probably need to go to Greensboro or Durham.
