I have locked my keys inside my 2003 gma envoy, somehow my battery in the sub was drained dead and now I can't get inside. Can I purchase a key for my vehicle with just the vin # without a key to copy? If so, how much will this cost?

Yes you can get a key but you must have proof of ownership to the vehicle.
