Feels like a jail. Not a long term place unless you're older and disabled. Glad I got out. Stupid and humiliating rules at every turn. Sometimes they lie on you and say you didn't pay anything, sometimes some of the managers listen to hearsay and act on it sending passive aggressive letters to people instead of just asking if it were true or not.(Pamela Starkie,) Maintenance flirting and saying inappropriate stuff. My service animal died because of them. I'll live on the street before returning to that nightmare. Rent was always on time and still they wanted start stuff. Get outta here man. 2 stars because I had a roof when I needed. They was making my anxiety and depression worse. It felt more like they were keeping me down rather than helping.

It depends on the program. If you have applied for the Section 8 program and you are a resident of Beaufort County at the time you submitted your application whenever your application is selected from the waiting list you may exercise portability and transfer your voucher to any housing authority that administers the Section 8 program. If you are referring to public housing, this assistance can not be transferred, you must apply for public housing directly with the agency you are interested in... hope this explanation helps.
You would need to submit an application with the local housing authority in the jurisdiction you would like to live. Hope this answer helps.
This depends on the circumstances of the eviction. The individual application would be evaluated to determine eligibility based on the policy of the agency.
We recommend you search for housing using www.gosection8.com.
