Rude and disrespectful, my bf is sick and he wanted me to go back there with him they call his name and we walk all the way back there just for them to tell me I have to go back and sit in the lobby !!! I don’t recommend this place at all !!

I called your office, for a Covid-19 test to receive medication. I was told that I need to come into your office by the receptionist to receive any medication. Once my examination was over the nurse stated that I was not at risk. I just paid my co-pay of $100.00. I feel that everyone should be told that they might not receive medication. If I had been told that before visiting your office, I would have gone somewhere else. I just need my $100.00 back, because I was given false information.

Yes we do treat children over the age of two. Children under the age of two must go to their Pediatrician or the ER.
Yes, we do in-house RAPID COVID tests. You will have your results with you before you leave the clinic. We are the only facility in the County doing rapid/same day testing.
Yes we do.
Since there are a wide variety of medical conditions we cannot give medical advice/treatment recommendations without a full exam. This will allow us to review not only your area of concern but also your current medications so we can accurately and more effectively treat the problem.
All in all, no, urgent care clinics cannot replace your primary care providers because while they are ideal more immediate medical concerns, primary care is best when medical issues are recurrent and require well-established relations for proper diagnosis and remediation.
Without health insurance, urgent care is a much better choice than the ER for minor, acute issues. Many people go to the ER because they know they'll have to be treated, even without insurance. Urgent care centers will also treat you without insurance and many will offer payment plans if you can't pay upfront.
If you need care for a concern that feels like a serious threat to your health, the emergency room is a better option than virtual or even IRL urgent care.
A visit to urgent care — even if you have to pay out-of-pocket — is still less expensive than going to the ER. On average, urgent care visits cost between $100 and $200. ER visits are more than twice this amount, usually over $500.
An antibody test reveals if a person has already been exposed to an infection, by detecting antibodies in their blood or serum. An antigen test reveals if a person is currently infected with a pathogen such as the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Once the infection has gone, the antigen disappears.
A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is a health examination mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV.
A sports physical exam is a physical examination performed on athletes entering into a sport. The purpose is to ensure the participant is safe to participate.
Our clinic is a full service walk-in clinic, so we do not make appointments. We enjoy seeing our patients come in when it is convenient for them whether that is 8am, 12pm, 5pm or even as late as 7pm. We are here all day and you can walk in for a visit anytime during our regular business hours.
You can get in and out and back to your busy life in less then an hour. Wait times vary by the day, but you are typically in and out of our office within an hour. Wait times at most Emergency Rooms is around 3-4 hours given the extensive things the ER doctors are treating such as car accidents, heart attacks, stroke, or head trauma. We urge patients to avoid the emergency room unless your injury or illness warrants an ER visit. Urgent Care Down East is here for those visits that do not warrant an ER visit.
