These are tax credit apartments which are a little different from income based! Rent depends on variable factors. Apply at office and sometimes there is a waiting list!

They are income based, they do random checks every so often, to make sure you're keeping the place clean and have nobody else staying there that isn't on the lease. The office is down the hill on the right side once you go past the first initial set of apartments that you see when you first come in.

You can go to the office located at Forest Hill for an application. Rent varies from $495 to the $600 range I believe.
