But, I could not hear his words. This was the Mc Donalds on Decatur and Alta. Carlos was the window clerk. I ordered two quarter pounders. One regular, and one with Mayo and. X pickles. Got home, changed clothes opened the boxes and both came with a small dollop of mayo. They looked very unappealing. Considering these burgers are almost $5 dollars this was a very poor experience. I came last week after work and ordered the same thing. There were 3 slices of pickles. I let it go. But to have the whole order messed up, and absolutely no desserts available. They were cleaning ice cream machine and when I asked if there were cookies for purchase or anything sweet I was told there was nothing and they were beginning breakfast. This was 12:45 am. I called and told him about the burgers and I heard him ask the cook. He then acknowledged their mistake. I want the correct order of the food I asked for my name is in the book. Carlos was pleasant and did his job, the cook dropped the ball.
