Needs to be closed permanently. It's never open. Always short on workers or only serving drive thru. Need to closed and replace with another restaurant. They need to remove this restaurant immediately. Horrible service. Lobby never open. Orders never right. Every Jack in the Box is back open for normal hours accept this one. Laziness

First they lied and said they didn't receive our online order. We pulled out of the drive thru to figure out what happened. We managed the cancel the online order and then rejoined the drive thru line. When we got to the order screen they told us they weren't taking any more orders and were now closed.

Edit: I’m writing this at 9:50. They refused to serve me because they “close at 10pm”. That in itself is ridiculous but it’s not even 10 o’clock. Carry out is unavailable. You can only get food if you have a car or order on a third party app

You guys are absolutely horrible. One of your employees just had a death in their family and how you treated him is unacceptable..! He is a very hard worker and an absolute delight and it's an absolute shame what I heard. I will not be coming back to this Jack in the box as Ryan was the only reason I went. He made the drive thru delightful even on my worst day. He deserves better and I hope other people will agree. He was a great worker and you failed him. DO BETTER BUSINESS. TEENAGERS SHOULD NOT BE MANAGING ADULTS. PERIOD.
