Let them know what was lost how often. Lost and found has many many pieces that need to be found. They have also been known to replace clothing that have been completely unfindable. Talk with administration about that option. We always have the name embroidered on the clothes of our family member. Good luck. Over all they do try! That is better than some places.
My brother or I do my mama's laundry, but they still lose a lot of her stuff.
My brother is there now and I wash his clothes myself..I had that option.
You can ask to look in Lost and found it helps if the name is wrote in the clothes with indelible ink
