Hi Linda. Our nightly procedures track guests who have not checked in by 11:00 PM. The code sync with the lock is confirmed for all guests who have not checked in at that time, and each guest is called with a back-up code just in case. If you plan to check in after 11:00, it may make you feel more secure to call the office to discuss. Thank you!
