I bought my car through Will here a few months back, and though it’s been a while, I felt a good review was still in order. Will was fantastic, and everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. He had everything ready before I even arrived, and had the car parked right out-front waiting for me. We went for a test drive where he showed me all the features the car had and then came back to do the paperwork. I forgot to set up insurance for the vehicle before coming in, but he was very patient as I sat there and called my insurance company to get it all done. The paperwork went by quickly, as he was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining everything to me. All around it was a truly great car buying experience. I highly recommend Will and Modern Toyota of Boone to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Had a bad experirnce right off. I was interested in a vehicle off the used lot and what seemed like forever a salesman finally approached my husband and I, we were asking about the vehicle and the salesman was not very imformative and acted as if he didnt like his job and we felt as if he was just wanting us to stop asking about the vehicle, mind you we arent the richest people on earth but he was giving me the vibe as we looked too poor to be on that lot, so he treated us very rudely. We went inside to discuss buying options and he was very rude and acted like we couldnt afford this vehicle. My husband politely told him we needed to discuss with our bank about payment options and (will) the salesman rudely looked at my husband and said "are you getting upset over a few hundred dollars?" He (Will) was very very unprofessional and made me feel out of place at what looked to be a dealership full of nice surroundings. Before we left Will told us very rudely and with a harsh tone that the vehicle would not be there for our purchase on Monday and that a Gmc dealership was taking it right down the road. Well long story short the Toyota place sold it right after we left Saturday and kept lying to my husband telling him Gmc dealership had it, so we looked like a bunch of idiots when we went to the GMC dealership looking for it. What a sad excuse for a dealership that Modern Toyota is. I hope that everyone else has a better experience because I was devestated when I didnt leave with the car i came to purchase.
