If I understand want you need those caps are for refrigerant theft more than child safety. Those caps may be available at Ferguson Supply, need to know the refrigerant of the condenser to purchase the right caps. Red=R410a, Green=R22, Remember to purchase the keys with the caps. Good luck

Ferguson is more of a plumbing supply house, go to Johnstone supply. They'll have it. Their called locking caps.
