Love there spaghetti
I can assure you that is a VERY rare occurrence. If you haven't already, speak to management. They pride themselves on quality and I am sure would make every attempt to address your concerns. I have eaten there many times and never had a negative experience.
I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with the food and fried green tomatoes real good you should have brought it to their attention maybe they could have made it better but usually the food there is very very good never heard any complaints about it but very minor so sorry come back again
