I have been a client in their addiction treatment as well as mental health. I have been dealing with this problem for far too long. These doctors, nurses and office staff are by far the nicest, most caring people that you will find in addiction treatment. They understand the mindset and thought process in addicts and they also care to help you not only Clean up but also be able to live an active sober life. Thank you for being their to save me after my last nightmare where I had the doctor calling me a dope head / pill head because I was failing for THC. When I sat there and explained to the mental help specialist she didn’t hold it against me and judge me as a bad person. Shannon and Lila have been amazing going through this nightmare. I know either of them are just a phone call away and they will go above and beyond the call of their duties. Thank you for going that extra mile for me.

Been with them since they opened ed they are very caring and as far as them putting u out if u don't have money well they didn't do that to me till my bill reached over 10,000 so that shows u how much they try to hang in there needless to say I'm back with them they worked out a payment plan and opened the doors. They are best place I've ever been to. Have alot of different things for u to work through. Mental health counseling, group therapy, etc .. they offer mental heath meds if needed along with your subs u do visits on screen . I mean what more can I say I highly recommend this place been 3 years almost I've been with them and love it as if it was the first. Thank I elenor . Only one thing I do have to say is yes when u get kicked out that's it they no longer will help u with meds . But why should they. ? If u been kicked out it's a good reason and they give u plenty of waring for when it comes

Eleanor Health is a great place to go for recovery. I have been with them for 2 years. But I will say this the first time you don't have their money they will put you out and they won't help you come off the medicine that they have you taking. So any addict knows that anyone would relapse because of the withdrawals. If I relapse I'll die this time. I'm waiting on channel 8 to call me back. I'm gonna let everyone know about the way they have done me.

Nothing but good things to say. Working with Aaron has been huge on helping me overcome hurdles with depression.

Outpatient programs are customized to each community member's unique needs and offer an array of services including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual & group therapy, psychiatric care, and peer support specialists.
At Eleanor Health, we never want cost to be a barrier to care. We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Alliance, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Carolina Complete Health, Cigna, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare, Wellcare and certain Medicaid plans.
