Yes you can reserve a table there by visiting and completing the necessary paperwork at the local Parks and Recreation Office. The catch however, and mentioned in a previous comment, it is a public park. Meaning that even though you have documentation for a table being reserved in your name, the party that is occupying your reserved table, does not have to give it up. Nevada follows the policy of first to come, first to use, and no permit required when it comes to its State Land use. So good luck with the party reservations.-PEACE.....
