We love Publix beginning when we lived in Lakeland, Florida. Their Presto ATM allowed no fee transactions with SunTrust. Very disappointed the relationship does not exist in NC. There is a relationship in SC. Is it Publix or SunTrust?

Its the suntrust. Although I like the bank it charges fee at any atm that is not theirs.
