The feral fix it program is $35. Includes Spay/Neuter, rabies and an ear tip(the ear tip is mandatory to get the reduced price, the ear tip let others know that the cat is already spayed/neutered). By appointment only.
Yes they will neuter cats, but not sure of the cost. You will have to contact them for that.
They do neuter and it depends upon the size/age of your dog.
