I own a Volvo S60 2004 sedan. I am concerned as every time I make a wider than normal turn I hear a noise. I've been told it has something to do with the "steering linkage?" Is there anyway you can help me resolve or answer this question?

I would Niello and make an appointment for diagnostic check, the fee goes towards your repair if you choose to have them fix it. My personal experience has been great with Niello and they have been cheaper than other shops I called to fix my 04 XC90.

That can be a number of things. Get a diagnostic and they can help you figure out the finding and costs and if it's not a wear part it will be covered for life
