The vehicle owner must be with you or valid proof of permission by the owner, (which must be exceptable proof according to SC law).
If you have a notarized letter from the registered owner allowing you to take belongings out of vehicle or registered owner is with you.
Only the owner can get stuff out of vehicle.
Should be able to get all personal belongings out of truck
