You are asking a public question, I'm not Timberlake or a Dr. Timberlake is a medical supplier, not your Dr. If you need to see a Dr, call your Dr's office. If you can't get your machine to work, and the staff can't or won't help, ask to talk to a supervisor. Make sure you are listening and keep good notes of your conversations..
I had the same issue. I fired the doctor's office when I couldn't see the doctor for over a year. I now drive to Auburn to see pulmonary doctor. The new doctor is issuing orders to Timberlake to fix both my machines.
