how do i get help in getting my machine to work i still havent seen the doctor only the help i am tired of talking to people have not been able to solve my problems it has been this way since middle of december 2017 now you want me to pay for it

I had the same issue. I fired the doctor's office when I couldn't see the doctor for over a year. I now drive to Auburn to see pulmonary doctor. The new doctor is issuing orders to Timberlake to fix both my machines.
