I'll they my best to explain this one since there literally isn't an english term for it. It's sort of a lime marinade. Like spices blended together that are sometimes used to marinate meat before cooking it but you can also make it into a sauce. Very similar to Goya's naranja agria only less aggresive. They wouldn't tell you what's. They will say is just a sauce so that the chicken taste better, not even their employees knows the recipe.
