I'll they my best to explain this one since there literally isn't an english term for it. It's sort of a lime marinade. Like spices blended together that are sometimes used to marinate meat before cooking it but you can also make it into a sauce. Very similar to Goya's naranja agria only less aggresive. Hope this helps.
