Depends on the trail you take. I've only been on one of them and wouldn't call it hard.
Both. The lake trail is about 2 miles easy walk. They have long ones and some have a few hills on them. You can get a map from the office.
Be aware that ticks and chiggers are there. Got them July 4 still having issues
They are about 30-45 mins long. The level of difficulty depends on the individual's exercise habits.
Several lengths. None strenuous.
