Well...I apologized for having my work clothes on. So I ate in the bar.
We rode our motorcycles there. Very casual. Looks like it wouldn't be. Everyone was very friendly.
I think so. I wore jeans. They are a little pricey but the food and service was great.

Yes shorts and flip-flops may be ok for breakfast but should wear sneakers and shorts for dinner
I didn't notice a dress code. However, it is upscale. Food is not upscale though.
