They suck. They NEVER answer the phone. I'm sitting her inside calling watching them ignore the phone. Then when I was able to put in an order I had to pay extra for B.C don't EVER get it. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau

I did the same thing. They said they keep their phone off the hook so they don't have to answer it. They told me to "just order online"! I CAN'T when I have all my kids in the car and don't want to die behind the wheel on the internet!
