I called for you. The Texas Roadhouse in Riverview will only be open 12pm to 8pm on Christmas Eve. Each TR restaurant may have their own hours for Christmas Eve. If Riverview isn't your desired location, it is suggested highly that you call the location you want to check for their Christmas Eve hours.
