Why is the wait so long? I waited for about 30+ minutes even though I was first in line and 11 old people came in and more kept coming and they served THEM first, I was furious by that and the overly long wait for food was not good either.

I don't know. Every time we have been there, it has been very quick, even when we have a large group that straggles in. But, we are old people. All I can say is, ask to see a manager, not google.

What time of day? How big was your party? What was wrong with the food (unless you're just trashing the restaurant because you're angry). I don't know what kind of work you do, but what would a comment list like this look like regarding YOUR work. I always give a new restaurant at least two and maybe three times before I complain publicly. It's a disservice to do otherwise. Everybody has their off days. It might have helped if you had talked to someone - calmly, kindly, and with a smile. That's missing in our society today. We're too wrapped up in "our rights". I hope you give them another chance.

Weekend

I attend with a group of 17 but we arrive at 11:30 while others straggle in. Never had to wait! We are all over 65.

Im young and we go in with up to 8 people at a time....NEVER had any issues with wait or quality of food.

How many people were in your party? And did you tell the waiting staff that were there that day? Or ask them why it took so long? Thats pretty unusual. You will usually get seated fairly quickly except if you may have more people in your party than tables that are open. If people are coming in pairs, it usually seems like you'll be seated right away... If you have more than say 3 or 4, then it may take a little longer because those tables may not be available at the time?

Old people in packs are smart and send out someone ahead of them to wait in line and get the whole party in without a wait when they get there. That one guy got there before you most likely. First come first serve. I like the food.
