Covid safety practices at Torrington Honda are extremely excellent. While I waited in the waiting room, I observed all are mask wearing all the time and hand sanitizer is available all over and everywhere. Social distancing is especially adhered too and I would recommend going to Torrington Honda without any doubts for your health and safety.
Here at Sullivan Honda and all of our Sullivan dealerships, we are taking extra precautions to protect our customers and our employees. All of our employees are wearing masks when they are unable to social distance, and masks are required of our customer/visitors as well. Our facility is large enough to allow for distancing of our customers while they are waiting for service or while shopping for a vehicle. We regularly sanitize work surfaces and chairs and have hand sanitizer available throughout the dealership. Also, in the service department, our processes include a touchless handoff of keys to our personnel where the keys are then sanitized, your vehicle sanitized prior to our employees entering it and again before returning it to you. In the sales operation, we attempt to do everything by appointment so that our customers don't waste any time during their visit: vehicle is out front and ready for a test-drive. We are proud of the steps we have taken to protect our customers and employees, and believe that based on the traffic to our store, that our customers are also confident that we are taking the appropriate steps to protect them.
